1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using noco.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

noco.io is a cloud development environment platform that provides instant, isolated dev environments for teams. The Service provisions Kubernetes pods, syncs files, generates preview URLs, and integrates with git providers to enable collaborative software development. Noco works with any AI coding tool, IDE, or editor.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

Noco.io owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:

  • Platform: The noco.io platform architecture, design, features, infrastructure, and all related technology
  • Brand: The "noco.io" name, domain, logos, trademarks, and all visual brand elements
  • Content: All website content, documentation, guides, and marketing materials

Your Code and Content

You own your code. Source code, applications, configuration, and other content within your development environments belong to you. We make no claim to ownership of your code or intellectual property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To mine cryptocurrency or run computationally abusive workloads
  • To host production workloads (the Service is for development environments only)
  • To attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems
  • To access other users' environments without authorization
  • To reverse engineer our platform infrastructure
  • In regions subject to sanctions or export restrictions
  • To create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

6. Environment Usage

Development environments are provisioned as isolated Kubernetes pods. You are responsible for the code and processes running within your environments. Environments may be automatically stopped after periods of inactivity to conserve resources. We reserve the right to terminate environments that violate our acceptable use policy.

7. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with advance notice.

8. Subscription and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period

9. Data and Security

Environments run in isolated Kubernetes pods with network and process isolation. Data in transit is encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, noco.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You acknowledge that development environments may experience downtime, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups and source control. The Service is not a backup or disaster recovery solution.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your environments will be destroyed.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless noco.io from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
