Your code is yours. Code that runs in your Noco environments belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your source code, applications, or any content within your development environments.
We access environment data only as necessary to provide the service — provisioning pods, syncing files, running dev servers, and generating preview URLs. We do not use your code for AI training or any purpose beyond operating your environments.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Development environments run in isolated Kubernetes pods with network and process isolation. Data in transit is encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including cloud hosting providers (Google Cloud), analytics tools (PostHog), and communication tools. These third parties have their own privacy policies and may collect information from you.
